TEAM

Lawyers, patent attorneys, engineers and scientists.
Looked after by a team.

What distinguishes us as a team?
We have no fences between us and do not work in silos. At SBMP, we each maintain personal connections to the neighbouring office and to the outside world. Our professional exchange between different disciplines enables us to give you comprehensive and efficient advice on complex and interdisciplinary issues in a short space of time. Our patent and trademark attorneys‘ personal experience and knowledge of the current state of technical and scientific developments, and a pool of knowledge accumulated over the firm’s more than 50 year history, form the basis on which we will protect your interests. We are the patent and trademark law firm for you.

Profit from our pool of knowledge.
We will support you at every stage with the engineering and scientific depth of knowledge needed to understand every detail of your technology and its impact, from drafting an application for your intellectual property rights to defending them once they have been granted. We will use our legal expertise to protect your innovations, your technology, your trademarks and the design of your products, and will thereby contribute to the development and preservation of your economic future.
